Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Resell Reserve sells digital subscription access to a Discord-based Vinted reselling platform and a web app. This page explains when refunds are available, how to cancel, and what your rights are as a UK or EU consumer.
If anything below is unclear, email support@resellreserve.co.uk or open a ticket in our Discord. We'd much rather talk it through than have an unhappy member.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any subscription at any time — no phone calls, no retention scripts. Two ways:
- Stripe customer portal — visit /billing while logged in and click "Manage subscription".
- Discord support ticket — open a ticket and we'll process it for you within one UK working day.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
3. Refunds before you access the service
After Stripe checkout, your subscription isn't active inside Resell Reserve until you link your payment to your Discord account (normally done by typing the linking command in our server or via the web-app login flow). Until that link happens, you haven't accessed any part of the paid service — the bot, the monitor alerts, the AI tools, the gated guides, or the web app.
If you haven't linked yet, email us within a reasonable window of checkout and we'll issue a full refund with no questions asked.
Once you've linked your subscription to your Discord account and gained access, the 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive no longer applies — that's the standard digital-content rule. By linking, you confirm you want the service to start right away and you waive the cooling-off right for the remainder of that period.
Any refund request after access has been granted is handled under the discretionary policy in Section 4.
4. Discretionary refunds
Once you've accessed the service (see Section 3), refunds are at our discretion. In practice we honour the following:
- Service outage — if the Vinted monitor is down for more than 48 hours in a single billing period due to a fault on our side, we'll issue account credit equal to the length of the outage, applied automatically to your next renewal. We don't issue cash refunds or free months for outages — credit is matched one-for-one to downtime.
- Duplicate charge / billing error — always refunded in full.
- Founding Member dispute — if a Founding Member discount code fails at checkout and you paid full price, we'll refund the difference and manually apply the code.
- Photo Enhancer credit failure — if an AI enhancement fails for technical reasons, use the in-app refund button or contact support. The credit is restored automatically.
5. When refunds are not issued
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after you've linked your subscription to your Discord account and accessed the service (see Section 3).
- Losses due to Vinted banning your account for policy violations — Resell Reserve is a third-party tool and does not control Vinted's enforcement decisions.
- Lost profits on deals you missed. The service is an alerting and automation tool; we can't guarantee specific profit outcomes.
- Abuse of the refund system (multiple refunds on the same account, chargebacks opened before contacting us).
6. How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 24 hours of approval. The funds then take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive for both of us and can result in an account ban that prevents future signup. We will always attempt to resolve the issue directly first.
8. How to request a refund
Email support@resellreserve.co.uk with:
- Your Discord handle (and/or the email you paid with)
- Your plan tier and rough signup date
- The reason for the refund
We'll respond within one UK working day with either a refund confirmation or a quick follow-up to understand the issue.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and our legal obligations evolve. The version in effect at the time you paid is the version that applies to that payment. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and on this page.
